Here, Ops refers to 'operations' and Genie refers to LLM-powered generative AI (Gen-AI > Genie). So, an Ops Genie is a tool that carries out critical business 'operations' autonomously by leveraging 'generative AI'.

We create a private instance of an LLM (Large Language Model) like ChatGPT, and we call that private model a Genie. We then train your Genie on your relevant company data so that it can intelligently and autonomously carry out business critical operations at a very low cost, and without any human intervention.

All businesses have repetitive and costly tasks that support their real money-making activities. Think about sales reps having to make notes after their calls with prospects - this business activity is vital, but it takes their time and focus away from engaging with other potential clients, which is where the company revenue is actually generated.

All projects are unique and so all prices are bespoke. We charge a development fee with 50% payable up-front and 50% payable when we go live. Once we go live, your Ops Genie should pay for itself within 1-3 months.

As for running costs, we set up a cloud hosting account for you, so you pay the lowest prices and directly to AWS. We don't charge you any monthly fee once you go live.

Your company data will always be private and completely secure. Only your Ops Genie will have access to your company data and domain knowledge, and it will only know what you have decided to share.
